I would like to make a statement

You suspect malpractices or fraud are being committed within the company. You have decided to report this and are thereby demonstrating your commitment to the company. You can make an anonymous statement via this website, or you also have the option of calling this telephone number: 0900-hoffmann (0900-4633626, 0-025 cent per minute), available from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 am to 20.00 pm.

This is an initiative set up by (your) employer(s), in collaboration with Hoffmann Bedrijfsrecherche BV. It’s good to know that we’ll be dealing with your statement with the utmost confidentiality. You are not obliged to disclose your identity and if you do decide to provide your name, we will never disclose this without your permission. Your anonymity is our priority!

Before you start completing the form or get in touch by telephone via telephone number 0900-hoflrnann, please do be aware of the fact we can only work with concrete information. Vague or general descriptions and accusations cannot be used. Thank you very much in advance!

Anonymity

Your statement is in good (confidential) hands with us, as an independent agency. We can guarantee your anonymity and also offer the possibility of making your statement anonymously. However, should you decide to provide us with your details, we would never disclose these without your permission. For the sake of completeness, we would also like to confirm we never record telephone conversations.

Contact us again

Your employer will decide what is going to be done with your statement. However, should an investigation be required, there will often be some more questions you may be able to answer. We won’t be able to contact you again after your email/anonymous statement, but would like to ask you to always contact us (again) anonymously approximately two weeks after your original statement. You could thereby be providing us with a valuable contribution to a possible investigation and you may also be able to answer some of the questions which have been raised.
